Luglio 6, 2019 L’immigrato era stato accusato di avere commesso violenza sessuale nei confronti di una 17enne nel 2017. Il giudice ha deciso di assolverlo durante il primo grado di giudizio, condannandolo solo per il furto del cellulare della giovane: ha ricevuto una pena di 4 mesi a cui si aggiunge una multa da 120 euro. Insomma, la ragazzina “se l’è cercata”.

Secondo il legale del marocchino, l’avvocato Alessandro Cristofori, il soggetto, proveniente da “un humus culturale scadente”, avrebbe “pensato di trovarsi davanti una ragazza ‘facile’, visto l’atteggiamento della giovane”.
Il giudice Valentina Tecilla ed i membri del collegio del tribunale hanno quindi respinto la richiesta del pubblico ministero Roberto Ceroni, che aveva domandato una pena pari a 6 anni di reclusione per il 26enne.
